Changes to our current post inspection feedback process

From 1 April 2014 we will be changing the way service providers can feed back about their inspection process.

We currently ask providers to complete our post inspection feedback questionnaire at the same time they receive their draft inspection report. From 1 April our inspectors will leave the post inspection feedback questionnaire with the setting at the time of the inspection.

What providers need to do

Please complete and return the questionnaire in the prepaid envelope as soon as possible following the inspection. The questionnaire should be completed by the most senior member of staff who was at the inspection.
