‘Staying active, fit and healthy is vital to ageing well’ says Chief Inspector.

Chief Inspector, Imelda Richardson joined walkers on the Nordic walking programme supported by Age Cymru in Cardiff yesterday. The group was made up of 16 people aged over 50 with the eldest aged 80 years.

National Older People’s Day celebrates the contribution older people make to our society.
