Tell us what you think with our customer services survey

Our customer services survey will be issued today.

The survey is being sent by email to a randomly selected list of our care providers and stakeholders who we have had contact with in the past two years.

Why you should complete it

The survey will explore your satisfaction with our services, information and our contact with you. The results will help us improve our service and our information to make sure it is in line with your needs. The survey is being undertaken by the Welsh Government corporate research team and will be completely independent of us as an Inspectorate.

How will my information be used?

All responses will be anonymous and confidential. The survey takes around five minutes to complete.

If you get an email asking you to complete the survey, please fill it in – it will help us improve.
