New guidance and form is now available for people who run children’s homes to help them comply with Regulation 29 of the Children’s Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002. (External link)
The guidance lists the events that are notifiable under Regulation 29 of the Children’s Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002. It also includes those which, whilst not required by regulation, should nevertheless be provided in the interests of transparency and co-operation.
