Inspection of Children’s Social Services: Flintshire County Council

Our findings and recommendations of children’s social services in Flintshire County Council.

The inspection, which took place between May and June 2015, looked closely at the experiences of children and young people who had needed or still need help and/or protection.

The inspection also considered the quality of outcomes achieved for children and families including a small sample of children and young people who were, or had been, looked after

Inspectors evaluated what the council knew about its own performance and the difference it was making for the people it was seeking to help, protect and look after.
