Christmas opening hours

Over the Christmas and New Year period, our offices will be open as usual Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9am to 4.30pm, except for the following dates.

Opening hours

• December 24, 25 and 28 - Our offices will be closed
• January 1 - Our offices will be closed

The offices will open again as usual on January 4.

If you have a concern about a care service over Christmas, please report it via our website. You can also tell us about the good care you see while visiting relatives who live in care.
