We are postponing the Self Assessment of Service Statement (SASS) until 2023
This decision has been made to support services at this difficult time.
We intend to open the SASS for completion at the same time in forthcoming years – January running into February.
Keeping to a consistent timetable for the SASS will enable us to develop it further to include more ‘census’ type questions and review data from the previous calendar year.
Additionally, we are planning to strengthen the ‘self-assessment’ dimension of the SASS so that it does more to improve the quality and safety of services.
