Calling all adult and children’s services! Getting ready for ratings – tell us what you think
Over the past year, inspection ratings for adult and children's services in Wales have been piloted with care homes and domiciliary services across the country.
Whilst services have been informed of their ratings, these have not been placed in the public realm.
In order to prepare for publication and the roll-out of ratings across all adult and children’s services in Wales and to assess and improve our methodology, we have appointed an independent company, Practice Solutions Ltd, to evaluate the pilot and our approach.
Your feedback matters
Whether you were involved in the ratings pilot or not, we really want to hear your thoughts on the introduction of ratings and what this means to you. We would also like to hear from those receiving services and their families.
We will use the information we have collected to ensure the roll-out of ratings across care home or domiciliary support services in Wales is as straightforward as possible. This is all about us supporting you through this process so please share your honest feedback with us.
