Complete your Childcare and play service assessment by 14 March 2025

All registered childcare and play providers in Wales must complete their Self Assessment of Service Statement (SASS) 2025. This is a legal requirement.

• Your SASS must be completed by 14 March 2025
• This applies to services registered before 31 December 2024
• Failure to complete your SASS will affect your future ratings

• Fill in the online SASS form
• Submit before the deadline
