3 and 11 July 2024 – Online ratings events for care home and domiciliary support services
Come along and feed into how we implement ratings for your service.
We have been piloting unpublished or silent ratings for care home and domiciliary support services for some time and we recently commissioned an independent evaluator to review the pilot. The purpose of this evaluation was to understand what has worked well and what we need to change and improve to take this work forward.
The pilot has proved invaluable and we hope to share the results of the evaluation with all providers in the very near future.
It’s important that all care home and domiciliary support service providers have the opportunity to really shape this important work, so we are co-ordinating a number of online provider events to give you the opportunity to discuss the findings of the review and how we proceed from here.
