Our single point of contact service now live.
Today we launch CIW Connect - the customer care team we committed to establish in our Strategic Plan published in 2018.
A quicker and more efficient service.
The CIW Connect team will offer a triage service for external enquiries. Aiming to resolve as many enquiries as possible at first point of contact, the intention is to provide a quicker and more efficient service.
A bilingual provision, the service will provide streamlined options for raising a concern, registration of services, DBS enquiries and appointments. The service will also offer IT and online support, and enable easier and quicker access to our advisors.
