We have improved our process around raising a concern. Today we publish new guidance, which sets out what our role is and what we do with concerns once we receive them.
Concerns are an important source of information for us and are often raised by the people who use and rely on social care or childcare and play services in Wales; as well as their relatives, visitors, staff, involved professionals or neighbours.
