Upcoming changes to our approach to improvement and enforcement for regulated services
In March this year, we will be publishing our updated Securing Improvement and Enforcement Policy.
This policy sets out the principles and processes we follow to ensure regulated services support people to achieve the best possible outcomes and keep them safe.
The key changes for providers in the policy include:
- How we respond and report on areas of non-compliance.
Upcoming provider events
To support providers with the forthcoming changes to the policy, we will be hosting three virtual provider events towards the end of March focusing on what the policy changes mean for services. We will contact Responsible Individuals directly with the confirmed dates and instructions on how to sign up in the coming weeks.
