We are currently recruiting for a HUGE range of opportunities including Inspectors, Team Managers, and Senior Managers. Some (but not all) of these roles are Welsh language essential.
The Roles may appeal to professionals from a range of services such as Social Care, Teaching, Health care, Management and Nursing who are looking for a career change, and want to make a difference to the lives of the vulnerable in Wales.

We’ve widened our criteria – take a look:
A recognised social care/education qualification alongside relevant experience is preferred however, applications will be accepted from candidates who are qualified to degree level or higher (in any subject) with substantial experience in safeguarding and/or improving outcomes for people in a health or social care context.
Examples of acceptable social care/education qualifications are (but not limited too):
- a Diploma in Social Work (or Social Care Wales equivalent),
- a nursing or allied health care qualification,
- a teaching or education qualification,
- a degree in Early Years/Childhood Studies
- a Level 5 Diploma in either Leadership for Health and Social Services or Children’s Care, Learning and Development
Early November, we are hosting virtual online recruitment fayres for the inspector roles ONLY. You will be able to speak to our inspectors and HR team about the role and the recruitment process. 50% of the candidates that attended our last Inspector recruitment fayres were successful in securing a position with us, so please make sure you attend if you are interested in applying for an inspector role.
